1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. Digital Products — Nature of Delivery
All products sold by Knowledge Craft are digital goods delivered electronically (via download link, email, or account access). Because digital content is accessible immediately upon purchase, please review product descriptions carefully before buying.
By completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you acknowledge:
- You have reviewed the product description and understand what you are purchasing
- You are purchasing a personal license to access digital content
- Access to the content begins upon payment confirmation
3. EU and UK Customers — Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to digital content where delivery has begun with the consumer's explicit prior consent.
By completing your purchase, EU and UK customers expressly acknowledge that:
- They request immediate access to the digital content
- They understand that their 14-day right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery of the digital content
- This acknowledgment is confirmed via the consent checkbox at checkout
If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the purchased content, EU/UK customers may still request a refund within the 14-day period by contacting us at support@knowledge-craft.com.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 30-day window, contact our support team at support@knowledge-craft.com with:
- Your order confirmation number
- The email address used at purchase
- The product(s) you wish to return
- A brief reason for the refund request
We aim to process all approved refund requests within 3–5 business days.
Before initiating any dispute with your bank or card issuer, you must contact us first. We are committed to resolving all issues directly. See our Terms & Conditions for our pre-dispute resolution requirement.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and payment processor (typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund).
6. Eligible Exceptions Outside the 30-Day Window
Outside the standard 30-day period, refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order
- Technical failure: A verified technical issue prevented access to the purchased content and we were unable to resolve it within 5 business days of your report
Requests for exception-based refunds must be submitted to support@knowledge-craft.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date
- Promotional or discounted items explicitly marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions (including unauthorized sharing or redistribution of content)
- Requests that appear to be fraudulent or abusive (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund patterns for the same product)
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Provide your purchase and access records to our payment processor and the card network as evidence
- Permanently suspend your account access
- Dispute the chargeback using documented proof of delivery and your acceptance of these terms at checkout
