How do I access my purchase after buying?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a download link or access instructions within 15 minutes. Your purchases are also available in your account dashboard under My Library — log in anytime to access them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods supported by our authorized payment processors. All transactions are processed securely with PCI DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payment data is encrypted and processed by our authorized payment service provider using PCI DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure. Your full credit card number is never stored on our servers — only a secure token is kept to identify your payment method.
Do I need to agree to terms before purchasing?
Yes. At checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy before your purchase is completed. This is required to process your order.
Can I buy a product as a gift?
Yes. During checkout, you can enter the recipient's email address to send the product directly to them.

What formats are the e-books available in?
Our e-books are delivered as PDF files, optimized for both screen reading and printing.
Do courses include lifetime access?
Yes. Once purchased, you have lifetime access to the course materials, including any future updates we make to the content.
Are the materials suitable for beginners?
Each product page clearly indicates the experience level required. We offer content for beginners, intermediates, and advanced learners across all our categories.
Is the content professional or legal advice?

Account & Technical Support
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click Forgot Password on the login page and enter your registered email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder.
My download link is not working. What should I do?
Download links are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If your link has expired or is not working, contact us at support@knowledge-craft.com and we will resend it at no charge.
Can I access my purchases on multiple devices?
Yes. Your purchases are tied to your account and can be accessed on any device by logging in with your email and password.
Refunds & Billing
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied, email us with your order number within 30 days and we will process a full refund. See our full Refund Policy for details.
I'm an EU or UK customer — do I have a right of withdrawal?
Under EU and UK law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. However, this right is waived when you request immediate access to digital content at the time of purchase — which you acknowledge via the checkout consent. If you have not yet accessed your content, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request. See our Refund Policy for full details.
I was charged but did not receive my product. What do I do?
Please allow up to 15 minutes for delivery emails to arrive. If you still have not received your product, check your spam folder or contact us at support@knowledge-craft.com with your order confirmation number.
I want to dispute a charge — what should I do first?
Please contact us at support@knowledge-craft.com before disputing a charge with your bank. We resolve the vast majority of billing issues within 1–2 business days and are happy to issue a refund if eligible. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and delays in resolution.
What data do you collect when I make a purchase?
When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, billing address, and IP address. Payment card data is processed and tokenized by our authorized payment service provider — we never store your full card number. Who processes my payment data?
All payments are processed by our authorized payment service provider(s). Our payment processor(s) maintain PCI DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure and handle your card information securely. Payment processors maintain their own privacy policies available upon request at support@knowledge-craft.com.
How do I request deletion of my personal data?
Email us at support@knowledge-craft.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements (e.g., transaction records required for tax purposes).
Do you sell my personal data?
No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for any marketing or commercial purposes.
