Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Knowledge Craft. These Terms are entered into between you and NOBLE SHELF LIMITED (Company Registration No. 80584060), operating under the brand Knowledge Craft ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must actively accept these terms at checkout (via a confirmation checkbox) before completing any purchase. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

NOBLE SHELF LIMITED, trading as Knowledge Craft, operates as a direct seller of digital educational content — we are not a marketplace or platform for third-party creators.

2. Digital Products and License Grant

Upon successful payment, Knowledge Craft grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the purchased digital content (e-books, courses, guides, or learning materials) for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

This license does not constitute a sale of the underlying intellectual property. The license terminates immediately upon any breach of these Terms.

3. Content Protection and Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree not to:

• Download, copy, reproduce, screen-record, or capture course materials beyond what is expressly permitted
• Share, forward, redistribute, or resell any purchased content
• Share account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Recreate, adapt, or repackage the materials for resale or distribution
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access or extract content

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate access revocation without refund and may subject you to legal action for copyright infringement.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during checkout and account registration
• Use our platform for lawful purposes only
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access at hello@knowledge-craft.com

5. Digital Delivery and Access

Digital products are delivered electronically. After a successful payment is confirmed:

• You will receive a confirmation email with access instructions or download links within 15 minutes
• Your purchases are accessible via your account dashboard under My Library
• Download links remain valid for 7 days; contact us if a link expires before you use it
• You are entitled to lifetime access to purchased course materials, including future updates

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout or by third-party email delivery systems.

6. Payment and Billing

All purchases are processed in USD via authorized payment service provider(s). By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes.

If a payment is declined or reversed, access to the purchased materials will be suspended until payment is successfully resolved. Fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized disputes may result in permanent account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Knowledge Craft — including e-books, course videos, slides, graphics, and text — is protected by copyright and owned by Knowledge Craft or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited license described in Section 2.

8. Educational Disclaimer

All content provided by Knowledge Craft is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, investment, or other professional advice. Results described in our materials are not guaranteed and individual outcomes will vary. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on information from our content.

9. Pre-Dispute Resolution Requirement

Before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or claim with your bank or card issuer, you must first contact us at hello@knowledge-craft.com and allow us 5 business days to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

10. Access Suspension and Revocation

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke your access — without refund — if you:

• Breach any provision of these Terms
• Share, redistribute, or resell purchased content
• Provide false information during registration or checkout
• Engage in fraudulent payment behavior

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, and analytics. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party platform outages.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Knowledge Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

14. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Hong Kong S.A.R.
